About NexaSphere

A software solutions company connecting ambitious businesses across the UK and Europe with the technology they need to grow.

Our story

Engineering growth across Europe

NexaSphere was founded on a simple observation: European businesses need software partners who understand more than code. They need a team that speaks their language, knows their regulations and understands how business is done in London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels.

That's why we combine senior engineers, designers and marketers into one accountable team — so you get strategy, delivery and growth from a single partner. Our track record spans regulated banking systems, SaaS products used daily by hundreds of teams, and digital platforms for telecom providers — see our selected work.

Our name reflects our mission: Nexa (nexus — connection) and Sphere (your whole business, and the whole of Europe). We connect everything that matters.

Mission

To make world-class software accessible to every ambitious business in Europe — without the enterprise price tag or the offshore compromises.

Values

Clarity in communication and pricing. Craft in everything we ship. Care for your data, your users and your long-term success.

Standards

GDPR & UK-GDPR compliant delivery, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, OWASP secure development, ISO 27001-aligned processes.

People-management system for NLB Group, Western Balkans

Client: NLB Group — one of the largest banking groups in South-East Europe

HR platformRole-based accessAudit trailReportingSSO

Challenge

The bank's people operations were spread across spreadsheets, email approvals and legacy tools that could not keep pace with a regulated, multi-entity organisation. HR needed a single, secure source of truth for every employee — with the control and traceability a bank requires.

What we built

We designed and implemented a centralised people-management system: unified employee records, organisational structure and positions, leave and absence workflows with multi-level approvals, document management, and management reporting — all with granular role-based permissions, single sign-on and a complete audit trail to satisfy internal audit and compliance.

Outcome

  • One secure system replaced manual, email-based HR processes across the organisation
  • Managers approve requests and view team data in real time instead of chasing spreadsheets
  • Every change is logged and reportable — audit-ready by design
  • Delivered on time, with training and hand-over documentation for the HR and IT teams

Staffvelo — an all-in-one HR platform for growing teams

Product: staffvelo.com — HR software for companies with 5–500 employees

SaaSPayrollAI assistantE-signatureMulti-tenant

Challenge

Small and mid-sized companies juggle five or six disconnected tools for time off, hiring, payroll, reviews and documents. The goal was a single platform that consolidates all of it around one employee record — without enterprise complexity or enterprise pricing.

What we built

We designed and developed Staffvelo end-to-end: brand and website, product UX, and a multi-tenant SaaS platform with 14 modules — time off and wall-chart, hiring pipeline and onboarding, payroll for the UK, Ireland and Kosovo, performance reviews and OKRs, engagement surveys, documents with e-signature, project boards and people analytics — plus an AI companion that answers HR questions from live company data.

Outcome

  • A live, self-serve SaaS product with a 14-day free trial and per-person pricing
  • Multi-country payroll and compliance handled in one system
  • Scalable architecture ready for further markets and integrations
  • Conversion-focused marketing website with SEO-ready content

Client: BKL OÜ — Telecommunications Solutions, Tallinn

Corporate websiteSystem architectureCustomer portalAPI designGDPR

Challenge

A fast-growing Estonian telecom provider needed a credible digital presence for European B2B customers and partners, together with a clear technical blueprint for the systems behind its services — before committing to a large build.

What we built

We delivered the corporate website — positioning, content structure, design and build, optimised for search and speed — and the system design for BKL's service platform: domain model, customer and partner portal, service provisioning and billing flows, API architecture and security concept, documented so that the engineering roadmap could be delivered in phases.

Outcome

  • A professional, fast, GDPR-compliant website presenting BKL to the European market
  • A phased technical roadmap the client can execute with confidence
  • Clear architecture documentation reducing risk and rework in later development
